Look Young or Look Younger With Facial Exercises or the Neckline Slimmer?

Who doesn’t want to look young or look younger?  Even some of the young want to look young or want to look younger longer!  And you can with regular and properly done facial exercises!

In fact, there even exists facial exercise equipment for working the muscles of the face just as there is exercise equipment for working the muscles of the body.  One such gadget that specifically promises to make your neck and face look young or look younger is the Neckline Slimmer.  This apparatus is meant for those who have lost elasticity in their neck or for those who are trying to delay or prevent an unsightly sagging neck.  The manufacturer claims that it will noticeably firm or tone the loose skin of the neck, thereby helping you look young or look younger!

But is the Neckline Slimmer worth your money and time?  Are facial exercises more than enough to make your neck and face look young or look younger?  Let’s see.

I learned about the Neckline Slimmer from an acquaintance about a year ago.  Since I’ve been regularly practicing facial exercises for years hearing about this non-invasive instrument that is supposed to help you look young or look younger sparked my curiosity.  So, I immediately jumped online to check out the Neckline Slimmer infomercial my associate had referred to as “silly”.

Here are my thoughts summed up in three sentences: KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!  YOU DO NOT NEED THE NECKLINE SLIMMER TO LOOK YOUNG OR TO LOOK YOUNGER!  DO FACIAL EXERCISES!

All of the FREE information you need and more on how to look young or look younger is right under your fingertips.  Search Google and YouTube for information and video clips on face exercises, facial exercises or facial yoga for toning sagging necks, double chins, jowls, cheeks, eyes, lips, and noses, as well as for exercises on minimizing wrinkles.  If you do this you’ll be all set.  You won’t need to spend any of your money on books, videos or devices like the Neckline Slimmer to help you look young or to help you look younger.

As for an inexpensive, more durable alternative to the Neckline Slimmer, try using A CAP BARBELL REGULAR TENSION HAND GRIPPER! Yes, a hand gripper can help you look young or look younger.  It can work the muscles in your neck just as well as it works the muscles in your hands, wrists, and forearms.  Give it a try in addition to your regular facial exercises.

What you need to do is wrap the gripper in a hand towel to protect yourself.  Then comfortably fit the open part under your chin and at the base of your neck/top of your chest just as you would position the Neckline Slimmer.  (The closed, pointy end should be facing away from you.  The part with the finger notches should be facing upward.  My grippers are red and plastic with notches on one part.)

Hold the gripper with the towel wrapped around it so as to control and facilitate movement when you press down on it with your chin, just as you would with the Neckline Slimmer.  Slowly and carefully press down on the gripper 10-20 times for a set of 3.

Depending on the strength of your neck (and chin) muscles the exercise may feel difficult and awkward to do in the beginning.  However, the more you keep at it the easier it will become, much like using the Neckline Slimmer according to the infomercial.  Overtime your neck will feel and look firmer and you will feel and look young or feel and look younger.

The motions you do with the hand gripper are the exact same motions you would do with the Neckline Slimmer.  The only difference between the two products is the gripper won’t require any adjustments and it won’t break as many consumers have reported the Neckline Slimmer as having done.  Furthermore, grippers can be purchased at any sporting goods store or Walmart.  No order and delivery required!

Now, if this doesn’t sound like something you want to do to look young or look younger that’s ok.  As stated earlier there’s PLENTY OF FREE and quality information on facial exercises you can access online that will help you achieve your goal with only the use of your hands or the handless manipulation of your face and neck muscles!  So go get that information!
