How to Lower Your Telephone Bill and Save Money

Seriously now, do I really need to write this post on how to lower your telephone bill and save money?  I honestly feel like I don’t.  Nevertheless, here goes! 

The number one way to lower your telephone bill and save money is to first have only one phone, a cell phone or a landline.  If you do not require a second line or a landline for a business; if you are a single person without children or a significant other; or if you have no dependents, why on earth are you spending money on two phones?!  Inquiring minds want to know! 

The second way to lower your telephone bill and save money is by getting an unlimited calling plan if you regularly use your phone.  Why continue paying overage charges for your cell phone?  Get an unlimited plan for your landline or cell! 

Another way to lower your telephone bill and save money is to get a cell phone service plan that allows you unlimited everything for a flat rate.  This type of service, though maybe, sometimes not as reliable as you would like it to be, is particularly great for those who don’t travel much or at all outside of their cities.  Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, and T-Mobile are the main providers of this kind of service. 

Also, did you know you can make free or inexpensive calls on or via the Internet and with Magic Jack?  Apparently you can.  I’ve never done so.  Therefore, research this topic yourself.  Doing so just might help you lower your telephone bill and save money you can spend on something else!
