It’s all the gym exercise equipment you’ll ever need. It’s all the home fitness equipment you’ll ever want.

Two thumbs way up and two big toes way up for the creator(s) of this most magnificent piece of exercise equipment or fitness equipment. There’s really not much you can’t do on the exercise ball, except for jogging or running, which you can do with it if you choose. It’s truly one of the most invaluable and physically rewarding under $40 purchases you’ll ever make in your entire lifetime!

The exercises I like to do the most on the exercise ball are push ups. However, my favorite thing I like to do on the exercise ball is stretching my spine. If for no other reason than to do the latter everyone needs and should get an exercise ball.

Believe me when I say you are doing yourself a huge health and fitness disservice if you do not buy this most excellent and worth-every-cent fitness equipment or exercise equipment. It’s the exercise ball! It’s all you’ll ever need or want for your non-aerobic exercise and fitness needs!
