Very Easy, Healthy, and Inexpensive Ways to Gain Weight Fast!
Yeah, yeah I know. Why on earth am I writing about how to gain weight fast when most people, for the most part, are trying to lose weight? That is, at least most people I know and have ever met.
Well, believe it or not there are some people who dislike losing weight. And, no, it’s not necessarily because we’re underweight, skinny, boney or the like. So, for those who want to gain a few extra pounds this post is for you! I’m going to share with you some very easy, healthy, and inexpensive ways to gain weight fast! Whoo-hoo!
This is what I do. I eat raisons to gain weight fast. There are 130 calories in a box of raisons. Raisons are full of iron, they’re great to eat before a workout, and they’re good for your teeth and gums (among other things).
I eat (large) bananas to gain weight fast. There are approximately 100 calories in one banana. Bananas are a great source of potassium and they’re great to eat before exercising (among other things).
I use extra virgin coconut oil and flax seed oil on my foods to gain weight fast. There are over 100 calories in each tablespoon of both oils. Coconut oil is good for infections and your skin, among other things. Flaxseed oil is good for your skin, hair, nails, and heart, among other things. I also use cod liver oil which has about 60 calories per teaspoon and is good for your skin and heart as well, among other things.
Another great way to gain weight fast is by eating grapes. The darkest grapes have more antioxidants or substances that protect your cells against damaging free radicals. One cup equals at least 100 calories.
One rice cake is worth about 80 calories. Since I don’t eat any breads containing wheat, gluten, yeast or soy I often eat rice cakes covered with the abovementioned oils to gain weight fast. Then there’s also a brand of rice bread I sometimes get from the Whole Foods Market that doesn’t have any of the foregoing ingredients and is worth about 100 calories per slice.
A tablespoon of the darkest grade of maple syrup mixed with an 8 ounce glass of 100% fruit juice can equal at least 180 calories. Depending on the quality of maple syrup used, as well as the type of juice, you could reach well over 200 calories. This is one of the ways I gain weight fast using liquids.
The list could go on and on and on. But I have to stop. However, this information alone should be more than enough to help anyone gain weight fast.
